Because our portfolio centers on luxury hospitality and destination assets, we negotiate usage of the underlying assets into our lending agreements. That usage is then monetized into the Investor Travel Credits Program — administered by an independent, arm's-length travel agency — giving investors travel credits worth up to 10% of their investment annually.

Credits are designed to be used across a worldwide network of luxury travel experiences, including villas, resorts, hotels, private transportation, dining, and curated concierge access.
